Product Description
Round steel pipes are divided into welded round pipes (longitudinal welded pipes) and seamless round pipes, featuring a hollow circular cross-section. They are widely used for steel structure supports, photovoltaic projects, fluid transmission, guardrails and mechanical processing. Common grades: Q235B, Q355B. Hot-dip galvanising, custom length cutting and hole punching are available. Standard lengths: 6m / 9m / 12m. Theoretical weight formula: kg/m = 0.02466 × wall thickness × (outer diameter − wall thickness)

Product Description
Hot-dip galvanised round steel pipe (hot dipped galvanised steel pipe) is manufactured using longitudinal welded pipe or seamless steel pipe as the base tube. The whole pipe is immersed in molten zinc for anti-corrosion treatment, with zinc coating on both inner and outer walls. It delivers outstanding rust resistance and is suitable for outdoor and humid environments. Common grade: Q235B, Q355B optional. Standard length: 6m. Custom cutting, hole punching and threading available. Widely applied in photovoltaic supports, guardrails, greenhouse frames, fire pipelines and municipal engineering. Theoretical weight formula: W=0.02466 × (outer diameter − wall thickness) × wall thickness. Weight increases slightly after galvanising (galvanising weight gain factor approx. 1.02~1.04).
